Make A Special Dietary Request At The Walt Disney World Resort

You can make your dining experience at Disney an enjoyable one, despite dietary restrictions.

Being allergic to specific foods or having a food allergy can be a burden when going out to eat while on vacation. Planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort can be stressful enough, and having to worry about what the member of the family will eat while on the trip should not add to the stress. Make a special dietary request in advance to the restaurants that you'll be visiting while at the park to avoid menu hunting and the questioning you'd have to make at each restaurant or vendor.

Instructions

1. Call the Disney Dining Reservation Center to make a reservation or to request Kosher meals. A complete list of restaurants that accept reservations can be found on the Walt Disney World website.

2. Contact a Disney representative with the Disney Guest Services: Special Dietary Requests deparment after booking your reservation. Table service restaurants can make accommodations with most food allergies as long as you contact them 14 days in advance to your reservation. Write down the dining location phone number(s) that the Disney representative provides you, your reservation number and the day and time of your reservation. You need this information to confirm requests when you visit the restaurant.

3. View the quick-service list of restaurants to see which have special menus, and plan your day. If you are in a rush or budget while at the parks and do not want a sit-down restaurant for every meal, many of the quick-service restaurants feature menus for special diets.
