Flavor Tuna

Tuna is a versitile fish for cooking.

Tuna is a very versatile fish when it comes to flavoring with spices and sauces. It can be cooked or eaten straight from the can or foil package. The spices or sauces easily cling to the fish to enhance its natural flavor. Some suggested flavorings for tuna include lemon pepper, salt, pepper, basil, chili powder, lemon or lime juice, lemongrass sauce, mayonnaise, smoke flavoring, and many others. The choices are as varied as your imagination. Add this to my Recipe Box.
