Configure Pogo
on your computer.
Pogo is an online provider of more than 100 free games and puzzles. You can play anonymously but registration with the website is free and allows you to modify an avatar, or "Mini." For easy access in the future to all of your favorite games, you must register. Club Pogo is in addition to the standard registration. For a fee, Club Pogo users can play games without advertisements, and Club Pogo has additional games and puzzles not available to non-paying members.
Instructions
Create an Account with Pogo.com
1. Click "Register" at the top, right-hand corner to open a free account with Pogo.
2. Enter a screen name and password. The screen name must be distinctive and should be creative. Pogo will provide alternate suggestions if the screen name has previously been claimed.
3. Select a gender, enter an email address and a birthdate (the year must be selected). In addition to the required information above, fill in the security key and click "Accept" to complete the registration.
Create a "Mini"
4. Click on "My Account" in the upper, right-hand corner.
5. Click on "View Your Profile" located next to "Your Profile."
6. Select "Edit Mini" in the Profile section.
7. Click each icon located on the left-hand side below "My Mini" to change the facial expression, hair color, gender and skin tone of your "Mini." Buttons for redo, undo, reset and take a snapshot can be used as tools during the selection process.
8. Click "Save Mini" to save all changes and to preview the completed avatar.
9. Click the links located near the bottom of the "Mini Mall" home page (where your avatar is located) for greater customization of your "Mini." These links allow you to change the clothes, goodies, family, background, pet and even add an NBA jersey to your "Mini." Many of these options can be purchased with points made playing the Pogo games but some can only be purchased with gems earned exclusively for Club Pogo members.
Add Games to "My Favorites"
10. Click "All Games" at the top navigation bar while logged in to your account.
11. Click "My Favorites" on the left-hand side of the page. There will already be games selected in this category but to remove games from your favorites, simply click the heart icon next to each game.
12. Add games to "My Favorites" by selecting the game you want and clicking on the heart icon next to it. The heart should now display in white and pink colors to indicate that it has been added. Your favorite games are now saved for easy access next time you play.
