Turtle Bay Resort
The Turtle Bay Resort is a luxury hotel made famous as the setting of the 2008 comedy "Forgetting Sarah Marshall." The resort is located 20 minutes from Punalu'u and is accessible from SR 83 West/Kamehameha Highway. Turtle Bay sits on five miles of private beach and has 443 rooms ranging from cottages and villas to guest rooms and suites. Activities such as horseback riding, tennis and surfing school are all available on-site. Turtle Bay has eight restaurants available to guests that offer everything from Italian to Hawaiian cuisine.
Paradise Bay Resort
Paradise Bay Resort is a bed and breakfast located on Kaneohe Bay. Paradise Bay Resort is located 11 miles away from Panalu'u off of SR 83 West/Kamehameha Highway. Paradise Bay offers outdoor attractions such as ATV and horseback riding tours, sport fishing, paddle boarding and surfing with spa services are also available on-call. Each suite has a kitchenette with some suites offering Wi-Fi and oceanfront views. As of January, 2011, Paradise Bay is offering a 20 percent discounts on certain suites affected by construction at the resort.
The Estates at Turtle Bay
Located eight miles from Panulu'u, The Estates at Turtle Bay offers luxury accommodations on Oahu's north shore. Turtle Bay has two championship 18-hole golf courses located on-site in addition to its four tennis courts and five swimming pools. Each condo comes fully equipped with an air conditioner, full-size kitchen, fridge, microwave, cable TV and telephone. Rooms range from $89 to $300, as of January 2011.
