Use A Slurpee Machine

Slurpees are carbonated slushee drinks.

Invented in the early 1960s, the frozen slushee is a carbonated frozen drink. Around 1965, the convenient store chain 7-Eleven began installing these slushee machines at their stores. 7-Eleven branded these treats as Slurpees. The drink became popular and has become a closely-associated asset of the company. The Slurpee machine is not manned by an attendant. Instead, customers are encouraged to use the machine and dispense Slurpees themselves. Add this to my Recipe Box.

Instructions

1. Grab a cup from the side of the Slurpee machine.

2. Choose a flavor of Slurpee. Different locations offer different flavors. Common flavors include root beer, Coca-Cola, cherry, blueberry and orange.

3. Hold your cup under the flavor's spout.

4. Pull the Slurpee flavor's lever to the left to begin releasing the Slurpee into your cup.

5. Wait until the cup is full. Once it is, release the lever to stop the Slurpee flow. You may also mix flavors by releasing the lever before the cup is full, holding the cup below another flavor spout and pulling that spout's lever.
