Buy A Smith Machine

Invented in the 1950s by Jack LaLanne, Smith machines are weight racks that have a barbell designed to vertically slide on steel runners or linear bearings. Designed primarily for squat and bench-press exercises, the rail guides and built-in safety catches make it possible to safely perform these exercises without a spotter. Other exercises for a Smith machine include inverted rows, shoulder press, shrugs, inclined and declined bench presses, and pull-ups.
