Book A Hawaiian Cruise

Book your cruise to Hawaii and sail away on your fantasy vacation.

For many people, a cruise to Hawaii is the ultimate fantasy vacation. The trip includes a considerable amount of time at sea en route to the islands, so shipboard activities and amenities become just as important as those in port. Begin to make your fantasy come true by booking the perfect cruise for you and your loved ones.

Instructions

1. Search the Internet for cruise ship companies and cruise booking agents. Fill in your destination of Hawaii, an approximate sail date and other information requested to narrow your search.

2. Study the offerings and consider the point of embarkation, the length of the cruises, cabin amenities, activities on board, activities in ports of call in the islands, prices and other important considerations. Families might look for cruises that offer kids' clubs and activities. Older passengers sometimes want a quiet cruise while young adults look for cruises with social activities and nightlife.

3. Book the cruise you want. The website's booking button may say, "Book it," "Book now" or some variation. This link takes you to the booking page where you begin the process of reserving the cruise.

4. Provide additional information by following the prompts from page to page. The various sites sometimes ask for your information in a different order, but all are user-friendly. Among other things, you'll need to provide the number of people in your party, ages of any children you'll bring on board and whether you need a handicap-accessible room. Discounts are often available for passengers age 55 and over and for active military, so fill in this information as well.

5. Indicate the type of stateroom you prefer. The more expensive staterooms are larger, generally have views of the ocean and often have private balconies. Less expensive rooms are on the interior of the ship and are smaller with no view.

6. Provide your personal information including name, address, gender, citizenship, phone number and email address.

7. Choose a meal plan. Choices include dining at specific times, dining in specific restaurants or dining at will. Some meals are buffet-style, available virtually around the clock.

8. Review the information you have given, and if it is correct, proceed to checkout.

9. Enter your credit card information. Complete the reservation, and print out your booking information and confirmation.
