Book Disney Hotels In Florida

Book Disney World vacations online, by phone or with your travel agent.


Walt Disney World Resorts offers vacationers the benefit of using a variety of services and amenities only offered to those staying on Disney property. As a Disney Resort guest, you can use resort transportation, charge purchases to your room and on select days, take advantage of getting into the parks early and staying later than other visitors. Disney Resorts are divided into different pricing categories, including value, moderate, deluxe, villas and campground.

1. Call the Disney Travel Company. Make your room accommodation reservation directly through Disney by calling 407-939-7429 for rooms only or call 407-939-7429 to book a complete vacation package.


2. Give desired vacation information. When speaking with a reservation specialist, give your travel dates, resort category desired and any special requests. He will search through available rooms during your vacation dates and give you different options from which to choose.


3. Add extras. If desired, add any extra items to your Disney reservations, such as theme park tickets, Disney Dining Plan and transportation. Your reservation specialist will be able to help you pick which extras will be best for you and your family's vacation.


4. Pay deposit. To complete your Disney Reservation, you need to make a deposit equal to one night's stay at your resort. If you're booking more than 30 days in advance, you will be given seven days to make your deposit.

5. Visit the Walt Disney World website. On the left hand portion of the website you will see a reservation box. In the box click on "Hotels" and add additional information about your trip, such as check-in and check-out dates, number of adults and children ages 9 and younger. Choose the resort of your choice from the drop down box at the bottom or leave "No Preference." Once complete, click on "Find Prices."


6. Choose resort. On the next page you will see a list of resort classifications, click on the category of your choice to continue. The next page includes a list of hotels within that price category that are available during your vacation dates. Select the resort you want and add any additional options to your vacation, including room upgrades, tickets and ground transportation. Click on "Select this offer" at the bottom of the page.


7. Review your room offer. The vacation you have booked will come up on the next page. Review the offer and if it looks good, click on "Book now." To make changes to your reservation, click on "Edit offer" to go back.


8. Register, log in or move on. Now you will log into your Walt Disney World vacation account or register for one if you so choose. The benefits of registering for an account include being able to save vacation searches, receiving emails with special deals and having access to Disney planning tips and services online. If you choose not to register, click on "Skip this step."


9. Enter payment information. On the final page, you will enter the name of the person on the credit card you're using for payment. Next enter the credit card, billing address, shipping address, names of guests in your party, names of other groups traveling with you and any special requests.


Click on "Continue." A deposit equal to one night's stay at your resort is required to confirm your reservation. You final confirmation for your vacation will come up on the next page.


Travel Agent


10. Visit your travel agent. Travel agents have access to specials and vacation planning services offered through the Disney Travel Company. She will be able to help you with you resort reservations and any other extras you need to book for your trip.


11. Select a resort. Let your travel agent know when you wish to visit Disney and she will pull up a list of resorts available during your vacation dates. With the help of your travel agent, choose the resort you wish to stay at and give the travel agent any contact information required. She will make the reservations for you.


12. Pay for your vacation. A payment schedule will be given to you by your travel agent with the deposit and final payment dates. A deposit ranging between $100 and the total on one night's stay at your resort will be required within seven days of booking your room. If booking a complete package, full payment is required prior to your leaving on vacation.
